Return Policy

RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, if however you don't, no worries, we accept returns within 10 days of when you received your order.  We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment, a store credit will be issued via email. 

All returns must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and without any odor) and with all tags still attached.  If items are returned with any of the above mentioned conditions, the item(s) will be returned to the customer and no credit will be issued.

All sale items, jewelry, intimates and hair products/accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We DO NOT send return labels, so you may send your return any way you like. Please consider purchasing tracking/delivery confirmation as we are not responsible for lost items being returned to us without valid proof of delivery.

Please allow approximately 3 business days to process your return after it has been received.  Your store credit will be issued for the amount of the return minus the original shipping cost.  The store credit will be sent via email. 

Exchanges

We will try our best to exchange an item for you, but items do sell out quickly and may not be in stock.  You can either order something different or receive a store credit.

Shoe Return Policy

Shoes must be UNWORN with no marks or scuffs.
Merchandise must be in original packaging with the original invoice included.
Shoe returns must adhere to all of our requirements from our Return Policy above.
